In order to implement the decision to win the war on poverty alleviation and the spirit of the central poverty alleviation work conference of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and accelerate the construction of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects, we have organized various regions to prepare the implementation plan of "poverty alleviation by photovoltaic". After checking the basic conditions of the projects in the implementation plans submitted from each region, we’re about to issue the first batch of projects with construction conditions in the near future
