　　The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system, build a beautiful China, construct a market-oriented green technology innovation system, and strengthen the energy-saving, environmental protection, and clean energy industries. In order to further promote the development of zero-carbon research and green architecture industry in China and the construction of Xiong’an New Area, the Zero Carbon Development Research Institute and Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences Group Xiong’an (Hebei) Branch will jointly hold the 2nd Zero-carbon Development International Summit Forum & the 2018 “Zero-carbon Cup” Award Ceremony in Baoding, Hebei Province from October 12 to 13, 2018. The theme of this forum is “Win Zero-carbon Future and Build Healthy Life Together”. This forum will mainly take the forms of policy interpretation, expert lectures, thematic dialogues and case sharing to comprehensively analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s zero-carbon development, ecological cities and green buildings, and explore how to promote the development of Xiong’an New Area through zero-carbon development and green innovation. Along with the forum, a visit to Xiong’an New Area will be scheduled.
