2000年被聘为中国科学院微电子研究所研究员和纳米加工与新器件集成技术研究室主任。2008年获得国家杰出青年基金资助。现任中国科学院微电子研究所研究员、博士生导师、中国科学院微电子器件与集成技术重点实验室主任。

In 2000, she was appointed as a researcher at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and director of the research department of nano-fabrication and new device integration technology. In 2008, it was supported by the National Outstanding Youth Fund. He is currently a researcher, doctoral supervisor and director of the Key Laboratory of Microelectronic Devices and Integrated Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
